Crisp graham cracker cookies with warm chocolate chips and buttery toffee bits are a perfect cookie combo.

*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In bowl of stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, and sugar.  Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. Beat in vanilla and egg.
  4. Add graham cracker crumbs, flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt, mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  6. Scoop 1-inch sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet. Top with additional chocolate chips and toffee bits. Bake for 10-11 minutes until set up and golden around edges.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes on baking sheet before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
