This super easy Red Velvet Cake Batter Fudge recipe has only 5 ingredients. The secret is red velvet cake mix!  Just combine, melt in the microwave, mix and chill. No baking required. If this fudge is a bit too sweet for your taste, you can cut down the powdered sugar by half. Great recipe for beginning chefs.

  1. Line a 9x9-inch square pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
  2. In a large, microwave-safe bowl, pour in cake mix, powdered sugar, milk, and butter pieces. Do not stir! Microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove bowl from microwave and immediately begin stirring until butter is melted and everything is combined. Quickly fold in white chocolate chips while mixture is still warm for a marbled effect.
  4. Spoon fudge mixture into prepared pan and smooth into an even layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm before cutting into pieces.
