Sweet and savory, this Corn Pudding recipe is true comfort food. Serve as a side dish on Thanksgiving or with spicy BBQ.

  • 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pinch black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until center is no longer jiggly and top is turning golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
