Crazy or genius? Either way they make an impression. Super sour dill spears are soaked in Kool-Aid® for a sweet and sour experiment. These brilliantly hued Kool-Aid Pickles (also called Koolickles) are easy to make and just as fun to eat!

1 jar Kool-aid Pickles



  1. Open pickles and pour pickle juice into medium bowl.
  2. Whisk in sugar and Kool-Aid until dissolved.
  3. Pour juice into jar, covering pickles until jar is full; discard extra pickle juice.
  4. Screw on lid and place into fridge for 1 week. Shake jar every day.
