Peach bellinis are fruity, sweet and light. The perfect brunch cocktail for Mother’s Day, Easter, wedding showers, New Year’s and more.  Want a non-alcoholic version for a baby shower? Just replace the sparkling wine with apple cider.

  1. Place peaches, sugar, water and lemon juice in a blender container.
  2. Cover; process until smooth.
  3. For each serving place about 2 ounces peach nectar in a champagne flute.
  4. Top with about 3 ounces Prosecco.


For a non-alcoholic version, replace the sparkling wine with apple cider.
